


Lewana Dailey is a passionate servant leader, mentor, speaker, and ordained minister, born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. With a heart for equipping and empowering others, Lewana has dedicated her life to helping individuals grow in faith, leadership, and purpose. A woman of wisdom, compassion, and authenticity, Lewana’s ministry centers on guiding believers to embrace their God-given identity and walk boldly in their calling. Through teaching, mentoring, and community engagement, she creates safe spaces for personal growth, spiritual transformation, and leadership development.
As Director of Workforce Development, author, and founder of Skymax Business Strategies, Lewana bridges the gap between spiritual growth and professional excellence, offering mentorship and strategic development for those seeking to align their faith with their career. Whether in the church, the workplace, or the community, Lewana is committed to helping others find their voice, strengthen their leadership, and fulfill their God-given assignments.
Lewana is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated a proud graduate of Clark Atlanta University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. She also earned her Master’s degree in Human Relations with a focus in Organizational Studies from the University of Oklahoma, where she maintained a grade point average of 4.0. She is married to her husband, Cliff, and together they have five children.
